2014 and 2015 Community building begins as Let’s Buy the Farm (LBTF).  Regular meetings are scheduled, supported by Camp Krem’s volunteer counselors.
September 22, 2015 Living Unlimited formed as a Delaware charitable corporation.
October 23, 2015 Living Unlimited and LBTF invited to present to the SF Autism Society annual housing conference.
January 27, 2016 Living Unlimited receives its IRS 501(c)(3) exemption.
January – December 2016 LBTF community building continues.  Numerous properties in Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Benito, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Solano and Sonoma counties are identified, visited and rejected.   Board members attend regular meetings with State of California officials (and support groups) to contribute to the development of the Statewide Transition Plan, which was presented to the Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

January 15, 2017 Living Unlimited board of directors meeting in Santa Cruz.  Happy New Year.  LBTF is folded into Living Unlimited.  Our strategy for 2017 is discussed and mapped out.
February 26, 2017 Living Unlimited board of directors meeting in Berkeley.  Another step forward.
March 18, 2017 Living Unlimited board of directors meeting in Berkeley. LU’s Delaware status renewed.  Tom Robertson, lawyer and successful professional property developer, is retained to explore green field development possibilities.  (He researches many in Sonoma and Contra Costa County.)
April 14, 2017 Living Unlimited board of directors meeting by phone.  Possible new board members considered. Tenants In Common (TIC) property ownership structures discussed. Regional Center support discussed.

July 16, 2017 Living Unlimited board of directors meeting in El Cerrito.  Stephen Prutsman and Diana Willard elected to the board.  Welcome, Stephen and Diana!  Board committee structure agreed.  Volunteers needed.

August 18, 2017 Visit to Cloverdale’s weekly “Friday Night Live At The Plaza” street fair and music, featuring the Pacific Mambo Orchestra, followed by overnight camping at Clearwater Ranch – “to get to know the place and each other”.

September 16 (or 30), 2017 – to be confirmed. “Let’s Break the Ice! —  Forming Community”– a  Family Azure Party and fun evening for the whole family at St Mary’s College High School, 1294 Albina Ave, Albany.  6pm – 9pm. Caregivers will be there for the children, so the parents can get to know one another.
